Pion is seeking a CRM Executive to own and grow CRM programs across the US and ROW from a remote-first environment.
You will plan and execute campaigns, manage the promotional calendar, and drive engagement with data-driven optimisation.
You will work with ESP platforms (Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp) to build, deploy and report on campaigns, translating performance into ongoing improvements and collaborating with marketing to share best practices.
