Schedule: Full-time, 30 hours per week, 08:00 to 16:00, Starts ASAP

Salary: $35.00 per hour

Overview

Co-ordinate administrative services and manage the operations of a department providing various administrative services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing annual budgets.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Direct and advise staff in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the organization.
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Manage events.

Supervision

Supervision of 1 to 2 people.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Fast‑paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills, values and ethics, time management, initiative and judgement.
