Overview
Co-ordinate administrative services and manage the operations of a department providing various administrative services.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing annual budgets.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Direct and advise staff in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the organization.
- Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Manage events.
Supervision
Supervision of 1 to 2 people.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Word.
- Fast‑paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, values and ethics, time management, initiative and judgement.
