Pinterest is looking for a Lead Global Client Partner to drive growth across our largest multinational advertiser partnerships. You’ll lead global commercial strategy, senior client relationships and cross-market growth initiatives, helping shape how Pinterest partners with global advertisers at scale. This role sits on the Global Accounts team and is focused on revenue acceleration, enterprise influence and multi-market execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead global commercial strategy for assigned enterprise partnerships, including JBPs, global negotiations and cross-market growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with global client and agency stakeholders, positioning Pinterest as a strategic business partner.
  • Identify and unlock new budgets, brands, categories and geographic growth opportunities.
  • Align regional teams around global priorities and translate strategy into coordinated market execution.
  • Engage in frequent in-person client meetings and international travel to build relationships, drive alignment and unlock growth across markets.
  • Create scalable frameworks that reduce duplication, remove friction and increase speed across markets.
  • Maintain clear visibility into pipeline, risks and opportunities across assigned partnerships.
  • Use AI to accelerate analysis, planning and preparation, applying judgment and verification to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Build AI-enabled workflows to automate repeatable tasks, synthesize information and improve productivity in a high-volume environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience leading large, complex global or multi-market advertiser relationships.
  • Experience driving commercial growth through enterprise partnerships, strategic agreements or cross-market initiatives.
  • Experience working with senior client, agency and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including international travel, to support senior client relationships and multi-market collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, media, technology or adjacent industries.
  • Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with multiple priorities.
  • Strong prioritization skills, including making clear trade-offs in resource-constrained environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day work, with clear judgment, verification and ownership of final outputs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing or Communications, or equivalent experience.

Relocation Statement: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

In-Office Requirement Statement: This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 3 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our London office. This role also includes frequent international travel and regular in-person client engagement.
