The Pinterest Business Marketing team is composed of highly skilled marketing generalists, able to flex with equal strength among marketing strategy, copywriting, content development, project management, cross‑functional team leadership, event planning, creative oversight and AI proficiency. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our marketing strategy in the UK. In this role, you will partner closely with Business Marketing leadership and cross‑functional partners to influence and execute the marketing strategy that supports revenue goals and brand visibility within the industry.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Business Marketing leadership to bring the local market strategy to life in the UK, leveraging best practices, learnings, industry trends and insights on both Pinterest and competitors.
- Own key initiatives to bring the broader marketing strategy to life, such as Pinterest‑owned or third‑party events, webinars, and advertorial partnerships, success story creation.
- Work closely with local and global teams to ensure that global programs resonate locally.
- Manage the measurement of local marketing activations and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, product, measurement and the wider marketing team.
- Leverage AI (tools) while maintaining integrity, critical thinking, and ownership of final outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience in integrated marketing and/or digital marketing, B2B marketing experience is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills to effectively balance multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.
- Business‑level English in both writing and verbal communication.
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow and develop within the field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, with a specific focus on Pinterest (prior experience a plus).
- Basic design capabilities and experience using design tools like the Adobe Suite, Figma and SplashThat a plus.
- Sound analytical skills, with the ability to learn how to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience.
