As a Client Account Manager, in our UK/I Team, you will be in charge of driving a sophisticated book of business of large brands in the market.
We're looking for an experienced self-driven Client Account Manager to help our most strategic partners successfully grow their business through Pinterest.
You'll work directly with some of our key advertisers and agencies as a trusted consultant to their business.
Your strategic advice, sales skills & coaching are core to bringing to life the value we deliver as a platform.

What you’ll do
- Build and nurture relationships with our partners, proactively reaching out regarding campaign performance, optimizations, updates, and opportunities.
- Ensure that partner objectives and requirements are met by liaising between them and internal teams (Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, etc.).
- Gain a deep understanding of our partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.
- Own the "how" conversation with advertisers‑advising on media strategies across targeting, bidding models, creative, measurement, and more.
- Become an expert in Pinterest campaign best practices, enabling yourself to be the go-to resource for performance‑related opportunities.
Ensure campaign setup is optimal, interpret and communicate results clearly, and help partners see impact.
Evaluate whether digital media campaigns are successful, troubleshoot as needed, and take action to drive results.
Optimize campaigns and deliver performance updates to partners.
Ensure agreed‑upon performance metrics are being met, and course‑correct when necessary.
- Actively engage in client meetings to understand key objectives and challenges.
Present and explain complex solutions clearly and concisely to help partners achieve their goals.
Handle resistance, complaints, or objections professionally and patiently.
Identify and deliver cross‑sell and upsell opportunities that contribute to exceeding revenue targets.
- Understand complex processes and products, and distill them into digestible guidance for partners.
Provide expertise on products, services, and best practices.
Stay highly knowledgeable about relevant Pinterest ad product features, clearly explain their benefits, and maintain fluency on the evolving product roadmap.
Collaborate efficiently with cross‑functional teams to resolve product‑related questions or challenges.
- Pitch new performance products and campaign best practices at scale.

- Track record of compelling, data‑backed storytelling and recommendations.
- Expert in managing forecasts and achieving goals.

- Technical foundation with relevant experience in Search, Shopping, Display, or Social advertising technologies.
