At Pinterest, AI isn't just a feature, it's a powerful partner that augments our creativity and amplifies our impact, and we’re looking for candidates who are excited to be a part of that. To get a complete picture of your experience and abilities, we’ll explore your foundational skills and how you collaborate with AI.

Pinterest's Consumer Brand Partnerships team sits within a tiny-but-mighty consumer marketing org, alongside social, influencer, creative, and brand teams. Reporting to the Brand Partnerships Lead, the Brand Partnerships Manager (Europe) will be the inaugural brand partnerships team member to work on projects outside of the UK in Europe. As Brand Partnerships Manager, Europe, you’ll lead the rollout of Pinterest’s co-marketing advertiser brand partnerships opportunities across France, Germany and the Netherlands. This role is part of Consumer Marketing and will work with Global Sales Organisation (GSO) to make it easier for teams to identify, assess and deliver relevant co-marketing opportunities with advertisers. This includes scaling the Advertiser Co-Marketing Brand Toolkit in those regions, giving top-tier advertisers governed access to Pinterest IP off-platform while driving commercial revenue.

This role combines regional programme leadership, brand governance, creative supervision and partner collaboration. You’ll help ensure opportunities are grounded in Pinterest’s consumer marketing priorities, consistent with our brand standards and practical to deliver, while supporting commercial outcomes. This is a marketing and partnership role that works closely with Sales; it is not a quota-carrying Sales position.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the rollout and ongoing operation of the Advertiser Co-Marketing Brand Toolkit in France, Germany and the Netherlands.
  • Create market-ready guidance, intake and review workflows, enablement materials and clear criteria for assessing opportunities.
  • Partner with GSO to qualify requests, assess partner and audience fit, and guide co-branded asset reviews and approvals.
  • Translate Pinterest marketing priorities and campaigns into locally relevant, consumer-first partnership opportunities.
  • Train and enable internal teams and agency partners to use the toolkit consistently and represent opportunities accurately.
  • Track toolkit adoption and programme outcomes, share learnings, and recommend improvements.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to support research, planning, briefing and reporting, validating outputs and owning final work.

What we’re looking for:

  • Full professional fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in consumer marketing, brand partnerships, creative strategy, or media partnerships, working across multiple European markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A track record of turning a complex programme into clear processes and effective execution across multiple stakeholders; experience taking a global programme and localising it is a plus.
  • Experience ideating on and reviewing creative work, upholding brand standards, and giving clear feedback that strengthens ideas and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience working in close collaboration with Sales teams to drive commercial revenue.
  • Clear communication and influencing skills, including the ability to explain decisions, give constructive feedback and align teams with different priorities.
  • Adaptable and resilient with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively and navigate ambiguity with confidence.

Relocation Statement: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

In-Office Requirement Statement: We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather in our London office once a week, or for key moments of collaboration and connection.

Our Commitment to Inclusion: Pinterest is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit. We want to have the best qualified people in every job. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion or religious creed, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, status as a protected veteran, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information or characteristics (or those of a family member) or any other consideration made unlawful by applicable federal, state or local laws. We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements.

If you require a medical or religious accommodation during the job application process, please complete this form for support.

By submitting this application, I certify that all information submitted in my application and throughout the hiring process is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.
