Responsibilities:
- Build, launch and optimise CRM journeys in Klaviyo across email, SMS and push.
- Own day-to-day CRM execution, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and accurately, including setup, segmentation, QA on links, testing and scheduling.
- Support ideation and creation of the monthly CRM calendar, balancing proven high-performance campaigns with fresh, creative concepts and cross-industry inspiration.
- Create and manage segmentation to improve targeting and performance.
- Analyse performance and report on key metrics, sharing insights with the wider team.
- Support seasonal launches, partnerships and ad hoc campaigns.
- Ensure all CRM activity is GDPR compliant and follows best practice.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in CRM and retention marketing across US and UK.
- Work closely with the Design and Community team on briefing creative assets and building copy to ensure emails are visually engaging and align with Pinter’s brand voice.
Experience:
- 2–4 years experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role.
- Basic HTML understanding for email editing.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and performance analysis, with the ability to draw clear, actionable insights.
- This role is best suited to someone who enjoys building and executing CRM campaigns day-to-day, not just planning them.
