Requirements:
- 2–4 years experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role
- Basic HTML understanding for email editing
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and performance analysis, with the ability to draw clear, actionable insights
- Experience with push notifications and/or mobile app CRM
This role is best suited to someone who enjoys building and executing CRM campaigns day-to-day, not just planning them. We’re hiring a CRM Executive to join the team and work directly under our Senior CRM Manager. You’ll take ownership of building and improving CRM journeys across email, SMS, push and in-app, helping drive both acquisition and retention. You’ll be trusted to move quickly, own your output, and deliver consistently high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, launch and optimise CRM journeys in Klaviyo across email, SMS and push.
- Own day-to-day CRM execution, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and accurately, including setup, segmentation, QA on links, testing and scheduling.
- Support ideation and creation of the monthly CRM calendar, balancing proven high-performance campaigns with fresh, creative concepts and cross-industry inspiration.
- Create and manage segmentation to improve targeting and performance.
- Analyse performance and report on key metrics, sharing insights with the wider team.
- Support seasonal launches, partnerships and ad hoc campaigns.
- Ensure all CRM activity is GDPR compliant and follows best practice.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in CRM and retention marketing across US and UK.
- Work closely with the Design and Community team on briefing creative assets and building copy to ensure emails are visually engaging and align with Pinter’s brand voice.
Interview Process:
- 30min intro call with our Senior CRM Manager to assess experience, approach and team fit.
- More detailed conversation with the Senior CRM Manager and CMO, covering your experience and how you think about CRM.
- Short practical task to demonstrate your ability to execute and analyse CRM activity.
Our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion: Pinter is a community that nurtures our people. In recruiting for our team, we pride ourselves on equal employment opportunities regardless of gender, sex, age, disability, race, religion, sexuality or social class.
