Hybrid - 3 days in the office after qualifying period
£35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits (dependent upon experience)
An award winning, Wirral based Wealth Planning business who have an excellent reputation for looking after their client's financial and insurance needs is now looking to appoint an experienced Financial Services Administration Manager to join their team. The role has arisen due to ongoing growth.
The successful candidates will be required to allocate and manage workloads across the administration and paraplanning teams. Overseeing work flows, pipelines and deadlines. Onboarding, training and coaching new members of the team and acting as the main link between the financial planners and the support team.
You will work closely with the Director and Practice Manager on a daily. Previous experience in senior administration role within financial services is essential, experience of Paraplanning, Financial Planning or having the DipFA is advantageous.
In return you will receive a salary of between £35,000 and £45,000 dependent upon experience plus a benefits package.
