Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK and we are constantly recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for

We are seeking both Operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

  • All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:
  • 12B Lead Traffic Management Operative (LTMO)

Duties may include

  • Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
  • Deliver site daily briefings.
  • Have a competent understating and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.
  • Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.
  • Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.
  • Read, review and interpret CAD Traffic Management drawings.
  • Ensure Traffic Management and operations is in accordance with Chapter 8.
  • To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
  • Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
  • Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
  • Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
  • Complete Risk Assessments.
  • Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.

  • Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
  • Right to Work in UK
