What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Full High Speed Crew of Traffic Management Operatives with existing Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients who is seeking specific Traffic Management crews that work well together. This is a rare opportunity to work within your existing crew without being interchanged.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

  • 12AB IPV FOREMAN/LTMO
  • 12AB OPERATIVE
  • TTMBC/ 12AB 1DAY
  • 12AB IPV OPERATIVE
  • 12AB FOREMAN/LTMO
  • TTMBC/ 12AB 1DAY

Scope of Role:

Operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.

Duties may include:

  • Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
  • Deliver site daily briefings.
  • Have a competent understanding and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.
  • Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
  • Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.
  • Read, review and interpret CAD Traffic Management drawings.
  • Ensure Traffic Management and operations is in accordance with Chapter 8.
  • To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
  • Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
  • Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
  • Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
  • Complete Risk Assessments.
  • Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.

Requirements:

  • Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
  • Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
  • Right to Work in UK
  • Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
