About us Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK and we are constantly recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.
What we are looking for:
- We are seeking both Operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience.
- This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
- Deliver site daily briefings.
- Have a competent understanding and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.
- Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.
- Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.
- Read, review and interpret CAD Traffic Management drawings.
- Ensure Traffic Management and operations is in accordance with Chapter 8.
- To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
- Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
- Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
- Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
- Complete Risk Assessments.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.

- 12B Lead Traffic Management Operative (LTMO)
- Lead Traffic Management Operative Lantra Approved Qualification
- Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
- Right to Work in UK
