About This Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, a coordinator will manage administrative bottlenecks so our recruiters can focus on client acquisition and placement to scale the business.
You will be screening CVs, sourcing candidates, placing job adverts, managing our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), assisting with onboarding for agency workers, and providing the recruitment team with administrative support.

- Organisation & Time Management: The ability to juggle multiple job vacancies, shifting interview schedules, and changing priorities.
- Communication skills: Clear and professional communication is vital when interacting with candidates, senior executives, and hiring managers.
- Systems: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e. g., Workable) and Customer Relationship Management (e. g., Vincere) is preferred.
An advanced understanding of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) is critical for this position.

- 1 year of experience within the recruitment sector or similar fast‑paced environment (Required)
- 1 year of experience within the traffic management industry (Nice to have)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS (applicant tracking system) / CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Great at multitasking
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ambitious, trustworthy and passionate about their work
- £24,000 Basic per annum
