We are seeking both operatives and drivers with traffic management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading traffic management clients. All candidates must have experience in one or more of the positions below:
- M1 / M2 Operative
Scope of role:
- Qualified M1/M2 operatives will be working with both direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.
- Duties may include:
- Setting up temporary traffic lights at required roads
- Managing the traffic flow at the temporary traffic lights, ensuring the public abides by this
- Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
- Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work
- Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings
- Maintaining and removing traffic management within the required time scales
- Setting up traffic lights
- Assisting with the diversion of traffic
- Ensuring the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations
