Responsibilities

  • Installation of lane/road closures on low-speed dual carriageways
  • Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
  • Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work
  • Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings
  • Maintaining and removing traffic management within the required time scales
  • Assisting with the diversion of traffic
  • Ensuring the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times
  • Being aware and complying with the provided RAMS
  • Helping with the unloading/loading of materials
  • Ensuring safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Reporting plant & vehicle defects
  • Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
  • Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
  • Right to Work in UK
  • Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
