About us: Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for: We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients. All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

  • 12AB General Operative

Duties may include:

  • Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
  • Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
  • Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
  • To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
  • Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
  • Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
  • Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
  • Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.

Skills & Experience:

  • Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
  • Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
  • Right to Work in UK
  • Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
