Responsibilities include setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS. Deliver site daily briefings and have a competent understanding and implementation of the 'Raising The Bar' document. Report near misses and anything necessary to the site TSCO or Operation Managers. Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work standards. Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings is essential. Ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and the required quality of operations. Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act at all times and be aware of and comply with the provided RAMS. Safely manage the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required. Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements. Complete Risk Assessments and daily vehicle checks, reporting any plant and vehicle defects.
Qualifications include Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications, the ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check, Right to Work in the UK, and a Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).
