Role Overview: Acting as the day‑to‑day owner and subject‑matter expert for our IT Service Management platform, you will support its ongoing rollout, optimisation and adoption across the firm.
- Own and manage the IT Service Management platform.
- Support the ongoing rollout, optimisation and adoption of the platform.
- Coordinate platform changes and releases across development, UAT and production environments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience administering or supporting an IT Service Management tool (e.g. Halo, ServiceNow or similar).
- Strong understanding of ITIL workflows including incident, problem, change and request management.
- Experience configuring workflows using low‑code / no‑code platforms (e.g. Power Platform or equivalent).
- Experience working across development, UAT and production environments, supporting platform changes and releases.
