We are recruiting Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to act as a trusted partner to deliver lawyer recruitment across the firm\'s UK and EMEA offices. Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
What happens next?
Once your application has been submitted and reviewed, our Recruitment team will share the outcome with you by email. We typically hold two interview stages per vacancy providing the opportunity to meet two members of the hiring team at each stage. The first stage is typically conducted virtually and the second stage typically in person at the office in which the role would be based. However, we strive to remain flexible depending on the requirements of the role or the candidate.

Responsibilities
- Experience in lawyer recruitment, gained in-house within a law firm, professional services or through a legal recruitment agency, ideally including international recruitment exposure.
- Proven track record of direct sourcing, talent pooling and market mapping in the UK legal market
- Work closely with Partners, senior stakeholders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategy, market trends and competitor analysis.
- Directly source and engage high calibre lawyers, building strong candidate relationships and reducing reliance on agencies
- Deliver insights on competitor movements, salary benchmarks and diversity demographics, positioning Talent Acquisition as a key business partner.
- Partner with HRBPs to support workforce planning and forecasting, ensuring recruitment strategies align with the firms’ priorities
- Manage and leverage agency and search firm relationships, ensuring they represent the firm effectively and in line with our values
- Ensure an engaging, professional and consistent recruitment experience, managing the offer process before handing over to HR Shared Services
- Use ATS and recruitment data to track, measure and report on key hiring metrics; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support wider HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives including employer branding, DE&I recruitment campaigns and process enhancements
