Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Pricing Analyst to join our global Pricing & Commercial team. The role supports partners and senior stakeholders across the international firm by providing data-driven insight, developing pricing models, and helping shape the commercial approach to client engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on a visible and strategic role within a growing function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and maintain pricing models to support fee proposals, alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), and commercial negotiations.
  • Analyse historical matter data, profitability trends, and pricing performance to generate actionable insights.
  • Support partners and matter teams in preparing pricing proposals for complex, cross-border matters.
  • Develop pricing approaches for technology-enabled legal solutions.
  • Provide scenario modelling and financial analysis to inform commercial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Finance, BD, Legal Project Management, and Practice Groups to ensure alignment on pricing strategy and matter economics.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of pricing tools, templates, and processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of client-facing pricing materials and panel submissions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, helping to build pricing awareness and commercial capability across the firm.

About You

  • Experience in pricing or similar roles—ideally within law firms or professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working Expectations

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three days per week in one of our UK offices. The Pricing remit covers the entire international firm, so the role requires flexibility and responsiveness. Flexibility required — the successful candidate may need to start earlier or finish later when required, particularly when supporting time-sensitive proposals or working with colleagues in other time zones.
