We are recruiting a Senior Client Relationship Manager to provide client development and relationship management for a portfolio of identified relationship clients. This role is integral to the firm's growth strategy and revenue generation objective and is global in focus, working across Pinsent Masons' entire network and drawing on all available resources across the firm to take all that is relevant of Pinsent Masons to the clients to build long term sustainable relationships. This role is initially a maternity cover contract - running until February 2027.
Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests.
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Extensive previous experience in a client facing key account management role in either a legal setting or other partnership professional service setting.
- Experience being the custodian of the Relationship Development plan for identified clients, ensuring plans are strategically aligned, current, and orientated around the client's objectives.
- Proven ability to identify and create business growth opportunities out of market developments and hot topics aligned to the firm's strategy and topical market theme.
- Able to lead on and drive best practice within relationship development by identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining the most efficient and effective means of working.
- An expert in relationship building using strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand and adapt to the needs of clients and colleagues.
- Be comfortable acting as a true advisor - challenging preconceptions and ways of working where appropriate, with stakeholders of all levels.
