Pinsent Masons is seeking a senior Client Business Manager to join our Pensions Solutions team. This is an opportunity to work on complex governance, management and trusteeship services, collaborate with leading practitioners, and play a key role in a business known for innovation and long-standing client relationships.

You’ll be part of a specialist team acting for trustee boards, corporate sponsors and providers across a wide range of pension schemes and master trusts. Working with major UK clients, you’ll gain exposure to varied and high-profile work while building trusted relationships.

The Opportunity

You will play a central role in delivering high impact pensions governance, management and trusteeship services, working with trustee boards, corporate sponsors and providers across complex and high-profile arrangements. Collaborating with colleagues across the Pensions Group and wider firm, you will support a diverse client base spanning large-scale pension schemes and group life master trusts, contributing to strategic projects, ongoing scheme management and innovative service delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Bring your pensions expertise and trustee facing experience to a team trusted by leading trustee boards, corporate sponsors and providers.
  • Playing an active role in managing the team and monitoring performance to ensure high quality, efficient client service.
  • Leading and managing client relationships across pension schemes and master trusts, acting as a trusted adviser on governance, management and project delivery.
  • Overseeing the delivery of complex pensions projects, including scheme restructuring, risk transfer exercises and ongoing scheme management activity.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the Pensions Group and wider firm to deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions.
  • Driving business development, including leading RFP responses, developing new client opportunities and contributing to the continued growth and profile of the PMPS team.
