We are recruiting Business Development Manager to lead business development initiatives for the firm’s new Retail, Sport, and Hospitality sector, with a focus on both strategic positioning and hands-on client engagement.
Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Develop and implement a business development strategy for key subsectors of the Retail, Sport, and Hospitality sector, aligned with the firm’s global goals.
- Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to shape the sector positioning.
- Drive the creation of high-impact thought leadership that showcases the firm’s expertise and insights in the sector.
- Identify speaking opportunities, panel engagements, and media placements to elevate the firm’s profile
- Enhance the firm’s visibility more broadly in the sector through campaigns, events, sponsorships, and digital initiatives.
- Create compelling, client-centric propositions that clearly articulate the firm’s value in addressing sector-specific challenges
- Build and manage a pipeline of priority clients and prospects across key international markets.
- Support partners in deepening relationships with existing clients and converting new opportunities
