Pinsent Masons is seeking a qualified Solicitor (3-8 PQE) to join our growing Pensions Litigation team in Manchester or London. Whether your background is in pensions litigation, commercial litigation or professional indemnity disputes with pensions exposure, this role presents an outstanding opportunity to further specialise within a highly respected team.The OpportunityYou will play a central role in advising clients on a broad range of contentious pensions matters, from high-profile disputes and regulatory investigations through to trustee advisory disputes, pensions equalisation issues and remedial litigation.
