  • Lead negotiation, drafting and oversight of a wide range of asset management documents, including leases, licences, variations, surrenders, extensions, consents and related agreements.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team of legal professionals, sharing expertise in asset management and fostering a high‑performance culture.
  • Support effective portfolio management by ensuring compliance with the legal, regulatory and operational requirements of a managed legal service.
  • Manage matters efficiently with clients and internal colleagues, providing clear, practical advice aligned to commercial objectives and portfolio strategy.

About you

  • Qualification as a lawyer with 4-10 years’ PQE in English law, preferably gained within a busy asset management team.
  • Extensive experience working with complex asset management portfolios or large client accounts.
  • Experience of commercial acquisitions/plot sales (advantageous but not essential).

  • Agile working options, including home working (subject to diary commitments).
  • Carers’ leave of up to five paid days.
  • 25 days’ annual leave, with the option to buy or carry over up to five additional days.
