Responsibilities
- Provide strategic employment law advice to leading FTSE blue‑chip organisations.
- Handle complex employment tribunal claims, including senior‑level grievances, discrimination and whistle‑blowing complaints.
- Advise on cross‑border issues, restructuring, redundancy and executive‑level matters such as recruitment, termination and restrictive covenants.
- Support high‑value and High Court litigation when required.
- Contribute to M&A and outsourcing engagements by delivering employment‑law solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of commercial employment‑law experience with proven technical and market knowledge.
- Experience in complex employment tribunal claims and cross‑border employment matters.
- Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills; ability to work across multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Excellent academic background and commercial awareness of a large international law firm.
