Start building your career in finance with real impact. We’re looking for a Group Finance Business Analyst to join our Business Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is part-qualified or looking to develop a career in finance, and wants to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, professional services environment.
You’ll work closely with the Group Business Manager and wider leadership team, gaining valuable exposure to how financial insight supports decision-making across the business. If you’re curious, proactive, and keen to learn, this role will give you the platform to grow.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting financial performance
- Help deliver the month-end process, including gathering data, reconciling figures and preparing draft commentary
- Support the production of key reports such as KPIs, utilisation and trading performance
- Maintain and update budget and forecast information in financial systems
- Respond to day-to-day financial queries from a range of stakeholders
- Contributing to business planning
- Support resource planning and headcount tracking
- Assist in preparing materials for leadership meetings and planning cycles
- Provide support on firmwide processes such as promotions, performance reviews and remuneration
- Providing commercial insight
- Assist with pricing queries and financial analysis for proposals
- Support secondment analysis to help ensure commercial decision-making
- Improving processes
- Identify opportunities to make reporting and processes more efficient
- Support the rollout of new systems and ways of working
- Working collaboratively
- Partner with colleagues across Business Management and FP&A teams
- Contribute to cross-team and cross-office initiatives
- Help ensure a consistent and high-quality approach across the firm

What we’re looking for:
We’re keen to hear from individuals who are motivated to build their career in finance and enjoy working in a team environment. You’ll ideally have:
- Part-qualified status (ACCA, ACA or CIMA), or a strong interest in working towards a qualification
- Experience in a finance, analytical or business support role (professional services experience is helpful but not essential)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with data
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
