We are recruiting an AV Support Technician to be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive, efficient and client-focused AV service across our meeting rooms, collaboration spaces and event environments.
The role sits within our Technology Services team in London and offers the opportunity to support a broad range of technologies, high-profile meetings, conferences, client events and collaboration services across the firm.
The successful candidate will become a trusted technical expert and go-to contact for AV support, helping to drive exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement.
This role is 5 days a week on site and our standard working pattern for this role is a shift rota between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).
Flexibility for occasional out of hours and weekend support is required.
- Candidate Overview
- We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Experience supporting AV technologies within corporate, professional services or enterprise environments.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing technologies.
- Knowledge of AV systems including displays, microphones, cameras, control systems and wireless presentation technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting audio, video, presentation and connectivity issues.
- Experience supporting live meetings, presentations, conferences, webinars or client events.
- Experience carrying out preventative maintenance, firmware updates and AV system upgrades.
