Role Overview

The role is based in Manchester but will travel to Manchester at least three times per month if not located there. Standard working hours are 35 hours a week, Monday‑Friday, with a hybrid 3‑days‑in‑office/2‑days‑remote model. The successful candidate must be willing to deliver out‑of‑hours sessions to support international offices and undertake some UK‑wide or international travel.
Candidate Overview
- Extensive experience delivering instructor‑led, hands‑on training and presentations to large audiences—both in person and remotely—using an engaging and authentic teaching style.
- Experience within a legal services provider or similar professional services / partnership‑style environment is highly advantageous.
- Ability to plan and develop course content, training materials and supporting resources for software applications, mobile devices, and workplace technologies.
- Proven track record in design and content creation, including training videos and interactive eLearning using tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Canva or Murf AI.
- Skilled at up‑skilling staff in an evergreen environment of fast‑paced change on MS Windows 11, the M365 suite, document management systems, remote and mobile working, meeting‑room audio‑visual/video conferencing, and cloud/SaaS‑based technologies.
- Self‑motivated, self‑organised, and supportive team player who works autonomously and produces innovative ideas.
- Experienced in juggling multiple workstreams and prioritising conflicting requirements.
