Our people are our success, and we work as one team. We are recruiting an IT Service Platforms Manager responsible for managing a team of Service Automation and Service Platform Management Specialists. The role involves driving the usage of automated solutions across Technology Services and supporting, maintaining, and developing systems such as Halo ITSM, Jira, and Azure DevOps. This role can be based out of any UK office, with standard working hours from 9.30am-5.30pm, with flexible working considered.
Candidate Overview
- Extensive experience managing enterprise ITSM systems like Halo, ServiceNow, or similar, with knowledge of Jira and process streamlining into Halo.
- Minimum 3+ years of line management experience, including appraisals, 1-2-1s, and staff development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with internal colleagues, clients, and third-party suppliers.
- Experience in full lifecycle IT project work, from conception to adoption.
- Proactive in process and system improvements, especially on cloud platforms.
- Experience with service automation tools such as PowerApps, LogicApps, APIs, etc., is desirable.
