Our people are our success, and we work as one team. We are recruiting Group HR Business Partner to work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner for Business Operations. The Group HR Business Partner will provide HR support on all aspects of operational HR to specific departments within Business Operations.

Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.

Candidate Overview

We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:

  • At least three years HR Generalist experience.
  • Analyse and interpret HR Metrics as appropriate to identify issues and develop improvement plans where necessary.
  • Manage the annual staff salary review process for designated department.
  • Ensure delivery of the HR Strategy within allocated Business Operations departments in a way that takes into account the priorities and culture of the departments while striving for firm wide consistent practice.
  • With support as required from the Senior HRBP, support the creation and delivery of a department talent management plan which aids the identification of high potential individuals and implements succession plans for key roles.
  • Coach and influence managers from a people perspective, developing their people management/leadership skills and constructively challenging inappropriate behaviours/actions.
  • Encourage the pursuit of excellence in performance at all levels.
  • Act as primary point of contact and take responsibility for all core ER operational duties across designated departments including exit interviews, flexible working requests, performance management, grievance and disciplinary processes.
