We are recruiting Bids Executive on an initial 12-month contract to take responsibility for managing the production of practice group bids in our Property group. You will work closely with the Bids Manager and Bid Partners leading the opportunities, advising on bid best practice at all stages. You will co-ordinate the firm during the process and have project management and creative oversight to deliver the bid on time. This role can be based from any of our UK offices, our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, and we operate a 3 days in the office, 2 days from home working model; however, as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests.

- Experience managing bids, including providing advice on approach and strategy, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
- Experienced in writing and editing copy for client facing documents.
- Proven ability to coach presentation teams on best practice.
- Experience managing, guiding and advising throughout a bidding process.
- Be motivated and confident with good communication skills.
- Experience of providing creative solutions to a client's problems and able to visualise alternative ways of presenting information.
- Project and time management skills – able to juggle different bids and priorities at the same time while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Excellent writing skills and editing skills with strong document production skills (MS Word and PowerPoint).
