We are currently looking to recruit a NQ to 5 years PQE Lawyer into our Finance Team. The ideal candidate will have finance experience and ideally will have also done asset-based lending and/or invoice discounting.
We advise a broad range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions. We act for all the UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds on all types of facilities. We also act for many borrowers, from listed companies to small enterprises, on their financings. Our practice is broad and very varied. We are expanding our national team and are looking for someone to help support this growth.

The Candidate Required:
The successful candidate will ideally:
- have gained experience in a City, or a strong national / regional, firm.
- be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware
- be a team player with a strong client focussed approach and excellent communication and organisational skills.
- be expected to work closely with the partners in the national finance practice, and other senior lawyers in that group.
