Responsibilities Provide strategic employment law advice across a commercial practice.
Handle complex employment tribunal claims, including discrimination, whistle‑blowing, restructuring and redundancy matters.
Advise on senior‑level employment issues such as executive recruitment, termination, compensation arrangements and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
Deal with cross‑border information and consultation matters, benefit redesign and global mobility.
Support high‑value and High Court litigation where required.
