Role Overview

You’ll be joining an award-winning, hardworking and commercially minded team, where you’ll work with leading experts, form meaningful relationships, and play an important role in improving our learning experience. The role is based in Manchester but will travel to Manchester at least three times per month if not located there. Standard working hours are 35 hours a week, Monday‑Friday, with a hybrid 3‑days‑in‑office/2‑days‑remote model. The successful candidate must be willing to deliver out‑of‑hours sessions to support international offices and undertake some UK‑wide or international travel.

Candidate Overview

  • Extensive experience delivering instructor‑led, hands‑on training and presentations to large audiences—both in person and remotely—using an engaging and authentic teaching style.
  • Experience within a legal services provider or similar professional services / partnership‑style environment is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to plan and develop course content, training materials and supporting resources for software applications, mobile devices, and workplace technologies.
  • Proven track record in design and content creation, including training videos and interactive eLearning using tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Canva or Murf AI.
  • Skilled at up‑skilling staff in an evergreen environment of fast‑paced change on MS Windows 11, the M365 suite, document management systems, remote and mobile working, meeting‑room audio‑visual/video conferencing, and cloud/SaaS‑based technologies.
  • Self‑motivated, self‑organised, and supportive team player who works autonomously and produces innovative ideas.
  • Experienced in juggling multiple workstreams and prioritising conflicting requirements.
