Join our dynamic and collaborative Document Production team to produce, format and troubleshoot the complex legal and business documents that power our matters and client pitches. Although you’ll work remotely, you’ll work closely with the team and colleagues across the firm, taking real pride in the quality and consistency of every document we deliver. We’re hiring for a morning fixed shift pattern, start time to be agreed during the process.
What We’re Looking For
- Essential
- Strong MS Word skills (styles, templates, numbering, cross‑references and layout).
- Confident in PowerPoint, with the ability to create or adapt visually engaging slides.
- Experience converting and manipulating PDFs.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset.
- A suitable remote‑working setup with stable broadband.
- Experience using document management systems (e.g., iManage/FileSite).
- Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- DocuSign, Visio or experience with print/production processes.
- Experience in legal, professional services or financial services.
- Creative flair for visual layout and presentation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Produce and amend complex documents in Word, PowerPoint and PDF, ensuring alignment to house style and visual identity.
- Create and update tables of contents, automated numbering, cross‑references and comparison documents.
- Convert and fix documents received from external sources (including PDFs) to bring them into firm templates and styles.
- Prepare diagrams, charts, maps and other visual elements for presentations and pitches.
- Support internal clients remotely, helping to troubleshoot formatting issues via Microsoft Teams.
- Manage your tasks, raising issues and communicating progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, including the BD Brand & Comms team and creative specialists.
