What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to offer, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies.
- Develop and deliver effective attraction and sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and engage high‑quality candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and CV databases.
- Produce shortlists aligned to role requirements and firm criteria.
- Support fair, consistent and inclusive assessment and selection processes.
- Manage offers, including advising on market positioning.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with internal processes and governance.
- Deliver a professional, responsive and engaging candidate experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
Experience
- Experience in lawyer recruitment, gained in‑house within a law firm, professional services or through a legal recruitment agency, ideally including international recruitment exposure.
- Proven track record of direct sourcing, talent pooling and market mapping in the UK legal market.
- Strong stakeholder‑facing experience, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to provide insight‑led recruitment advice.
- Experience using recruitment systems and sourcing tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

What Happens Next
