We are currently looking to recruit a junior level lawyer with 2-6 years PQE to join our Finance team in one of our offices in Glasgow.
Our Team
Our market-leading Scotland Finance team is known for its broad banking and financing expertise, which includes leveraged finance, real estate finance and corporate banking. It is also active in more specialist areas of finance, including fund financing, bank structural reform projects, central bank advisory work, and loan portfolio sale and purchase transactions. Our objective is to work on market-leading, high-profile transactions.

- Acted for a syndicate of lenders in relation to the £1.3bn refinancing of a privately held food and drinks business from an English, Scottish and Spanish perspective
The Candidate Required
