Role Overview
Vario is a market leading alternative legal services provider within the law firm, Pinsent Masons. Vario is a practice group within Pinsent Masons which incorporates; Flexible Services, Consulting and Technology, Legal Project Management and Managed Legal Services (MLS).
Our Global Entity Management team sits within our Company Secretarial (Co-Sec) team, with teams based in the UK and Ireland consisting of 15 people.
Together, the Co-Sec team is responsible for a wide range of governance and corporate administration work both on a local and international scale.
We are recruiting an Account Manager to support multi-national clients with coordinating company secretarial requirements globally.
This role focuses on:
- Client relationship management, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understanding client requirements and proactively identifying opportunities to support and cross sell
- Leading a team of coordinators to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Leading onboarding, client set up and overseeing billing to ensure smooth delivery
- Mentoring junior colleagues and line management responsibilities
- Acting as the point of escalation for clients
- Supporting the Global Entity Management Director with business development, management of local network and ongoing development of Global Entity Management (GEM) function
- Play an active role in shaping team strategy and developing scalable, efficient processes
Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.

- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
- Confident in communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
