Flexible Services from Pinsent Masons Vario provides freelance legal professionals access to high-quality legal work with our firm and prestigious clients in a fully flexible way. Our growing but exclusive bench of legal experts have a variety of skills, specialisms and experience, all enjoying quality legal projects best suited to their skillset and unparalleled support during their assignments.
We are now looking to expand our bench with exceptional freelance Employment Lawyers, who are looking to discover the freedom our Vario community embraces. In order to join our bench of remarkable lawyers, you will need to meet a high standard to tackle the challenging projects we receive from our clients and will have:
- Experience dealing with the full spectrum of employment law matters including tribunal work, advisory, client training and transactional support
- Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness
- Confidence to drop into a new team and advise the relevant client’s business on all aspects of employment law
We are keen to hear from qualified lawyers who are able to demonstrate the following:
- A strong academic background
- Experience gained within a leading law firm or equivalent global in-house/secondment experience
- A flexible, communicative and adaptable approach
- Enthusiasm for embracing new work cultures
- The ability to rapidly develop close, trusting relationships
By joining the Vario Flexible Services bench, you not only join our community of like-minded but diverse flexible professionals but also the wider international firm of Pinsent Masons. In addition to the dedicated support you will receive from our Vario Account Management Team, you will benefit from access to our partners and client relationship teams, professional development lawyers, library services and other firm resources.
More generally, work you will receive will come in the form of exciting short-term assignments, either from our multi-national clients or from internally within the firm, working alongside our Pinsent Masons colleagues. Assignments vary in scope and seniority but typically last at least six months and can suit those looking to work full-time, part-time or on an hourly basis. Whilst the majority of our roles are currently performed in a hybrid capacity, some are performed remotely, and we see opportunities to support Pinsent Masons and our clients across the UK and would welcome applications accordingly.
