We are looking for an Insurance Lawyer who appreciates the endless possibilities that working as a freelancer can offer. The ideal candidate will have transactional experience in the insurance sector, whether in private practice or in-house, as well as:
- Drafting, reviewing, and advising on contracts including insurance distribution agreements
- Advising on a broad range of insurance areas such as major distribution deals, transfers of insurance business, and product reviews
- Corporate M&A and/or procurement/outsourcing experience, regulatory and restructuring work in relation to the insurance sector
- Experience of dispute resolution would also be considered
- 5+ PQE
In order to meet the demands of the projects given by our clients, you will also need to demonstrate the following:
- Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background
- Flexible, communicative, and adaptable
- Enthusiastic about embracing new work cultures
- Able to rapidly develop close, trusting relationships
