We are looking for an experienced Employment Tribunal Paralegal who is seeking a new opportunity and appreciates the endless possibilities that working as a freelancer can offer. We now have a live opportunity to support Pinsent Masons internal Employment practice on a freelance basis.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years experience:
- Extensive Tribunal focused experience
- Recent exposure to a Private Practice environment
- Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness
In order to meet the demands of the projects you will also need to demonstrate the following:
- Strong academic background
- Flexible, communicative and adaptable
- Enthusiastic about embracing new work cultures
- Able to rapidly develop close, trusting relationships
This role can be completed on a part-time basis; you may be based near one of our UK hubs or be a fully remote candidate.
