We are looking for an Employment Lawyer with a focus on tribunal support who appreciates the opportunities of working as a freelancer for Pinsent Masons Vario, the international community of freelance lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tribunal-focused legal support to the Pinsent Masons internal Employment practice on a freelance basis.
  • Assist with cases via consultation, paperwork, and communication with clients and partners.

Qualifications & Required Experience

  • At least 3 years PQE; extensive experience in employment tribunals.
  • Recent exposure to private practice and a strong commercial awareness.
  • Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.
  • Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Flexible, communicative, adaptable, and enthusiastic about embracing new work cultures.
  • Ability to rapidly develop close, trusting relationships.

Work Details

  • Contract, part‑time basis.
