We are looking for a Commercial Lawyer with previous experience in the Financial Services sector, who appreciates the endless possibilities that working as a freelancer can offer. The ideal candidate will have in-house legal experience as well as:
- Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and advising on commercial contracts.
- Experience in general financial services work; onboarding of segregated clients would be a bonus.
- Comfortable committing to a 6-month term.
- Comfortable in a hybrid working environment, with 3 days based at their offices in central Edinburgh.
- 4 years PQE.
In order to meet the demands of the projects given by our clients, you will also need to demonstrate the following:
- Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.
- Flexible, communicative, and adaptable.
- Enthusiastic about embracing new work cultures.
- Able to rapidly develop close, trusting relationships.
