Pinsent Masons LLP is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our HR and Learning team, supporting the Finance and Projects Practice Group. The role is UK-wide (excluding London), with a 3 days in the office, 2 days from home hybrid model and occasional travel to London.
You’ll provide proactive HR support, advise partners and managers, and balance strategic partnering with operational delivery across lifecycle activities, from ER to recruitment and performance management.
