This is a rare opportunity to become part of a nationally recognised practice, working alongside leading experts on complex, high-value and strategically significant property and property-related disputes.You\’ll be joining a dynamic, collaborative and forward-thinking team, where your contribution will be valued and your career actively supported.About the TeamOur national PDR team is one of the largest and most respected in the UK, comprising 23 lawyers plus trainees, specialist paralegals and dedicated support staff.   • Manage a varied and intellectually stimulating caseload, including commercial property asset management.
  • Advise on development-related risk and strategy on some of the largest developments in the UK, including rights to light, title constraints and vacant possession strategies.
  • Work as part of the teams on high-profile, big-ticket property litigation.
  • Handle cross-sector / cross-over property-related disputes and litigation involving energy, infrastructure, mining, civil fraud, planning and company law.
  • Act for a prestigious client base, including Royal London, Berkeley Homes, Tesco, Lone Star, ArcelorMittal, Oracle Corporation, Gentian Infrastructure, INEOS, Anglo American, Orsted, TFL, various London boroughs, various Government departments and leading investment funds.
  • Deliver strategic, commercially focused advice and build trusted client relationships.
  • Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.

    Between 2-4 years\’ PQE in property litigation gained at a leading London firm. We would consider exceptional candidates in the NQ-2 years\’ PQE bracket.
