This is an opportunity to work on a broad mix of sophisticated financing matters, collaborate with leading practitioners, and grow within a practice known for excellence, innovation and a strong team culture.

You’ll be part of a national finance team handling major regional and national banking transactions across corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance. Working with a wide range of UK and international clients, you’ll gain exposure to complex, high‑value finance deals while building meaningful relationships and specialist expertise. The Opportunity

You will get the opportunity to deliver some of the most complex and high-value transactions the region has to offer, with the support of a solid team around you. You will work with top tier clients including clearing banks, private credit funds, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers (from high-growth SMEs to FTSE listed businesses), providing the opportunity to develop relationships with some of the most sophisticated operators in the market. What You’ll Do

  • Working across a broad range of banking transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance
  • Working on a mix of regional, national and international transactions
  • Supporting senior team members on complex matters
  • Drafting and leading on the negotiation of principal finance documents, combining deep technical knowledge with pragmatic commercial advice
  • Playing a key role in transaction management, helping to drive deals forward efficiently and collaboratively
  • Starting to build meaningful client relationships and support business development initiatives, contributing to the continued growth of the team
  • Collaborating closely within a high-performing Manchester team and the wider national practice
