Bring your specialist funds expertise and commercially minded approach to a team trusted by leading fund managers and major institutional investors. Your role will see you:

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of client matters and be given the opportunity to lead transactions with support from senior colleagues.
  • Help with the strategic growth of the team and be given the freedom and confidence to grow client relationships for yourself and the wider team across the international network.
  • Advise on the structuring, establishment, and operation of private investment funds across sectors including energy, infrastructure, climate & sustainability, impact, debt and private equity.
  • Draft and negotiate core fund documentation such as limited partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, unit trust deeds, management agreements and administration agreements.
  • Lead on investor negotiations, including handling side‑letter requests and preparing tailored fund review reports for institutional investors.
  • Work closely with tax specialists, offshore counsel and administrators to deliver seamless, full‑service advice throughout fund formation and fundraising.
  • Develop strong client relationships, support business development initiatives, and play an active role in the continued growth of the market‑leading Funds team.
