Our Structured Finance team is looking for a talented 2-4 years PQE lawyer. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following workstreams: securitisation (private or public), debt capital markets, asset backed securities, receivables financing and/or asset-based lending.
An England & Wales qualified lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE, with experience gained at either a City firm or a strong national or regional practice. The ideal candidate will also play an active role in client business development initiatives, collaborate effectively as part of a high-performing team, and demonstrate a genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth of our structured finance offering.
