We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established organisation to appoint an experienced Corporate Services Manager into a key leadership role within their Corporate Administration function. This is a genuinely interesting opportunity for someone who is confident operating at Board level, comfortable leading a team, and motivated by delivering high standards of governance and client service.

This role will manage a portfolio of clients, support Boards and committees, and ensure regulatory and governance standards are consistently met. There will be responsibility for leading and developing members of the team across multiple jurisdictions, making this a strong step for someone who enjoys both the technical and people aspects of the role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising and leading Board and Shareholder meetings
  • Liaising directly with shareholders, committees and client Boards
  • Attending meetings (and leading where appropriate), preparing and recording accurate formal minutes
  • Preparing corporate documentation including agendas, resolutions, reports, memoranda, letters and invoices
  • Overseeing client onboarding in line with internal policies and procedures
  • Maintaining statutory books and corporate records
  • Managing regulatory filings and ensuring compliance with deadlines
  • Supporting adherence to corporate governance principles
  • Responding to Corporate Services queries
  • Contributing to wider team initiatives and global projects

Requirements:

  • Completion of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) programme
  • A degree in Maths, English, Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar UK-based corporate services role, including Board exposure
  • 3+ years' experience managing or leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in relationship management and client service
  • A legal or fund administration background

Pay: £80,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
